The Dōjō offers Adult and Youth instruction overseen by Sōke (Founder and Grandmaster) Frank Kovacs, Master Michael Cacolici (6th Dan and Chief Instructor) and a staff of seasoned instructors is shown above.  The Master and Assistant Instructors (see the Instructors - Advisors page) are all well trained and combine to cover specialization in all important aspects of teaching, variations of art and personality and other factors important to the proper formation of the student, youth or adult.

Group Classes for Adults and Children are offered several times a week as well as Private Instruction (by appointment only).  See the Class Schedule for class times and other pertinent information.

Staff and Students work closely together to perfect the techniques (from the various Minna Jiu Jitsu roots) in a encouraging yet challenging environment. 

Higher-Belt Students are expected to assist the other students, especially as they progress through the various Minna Jiu Jitsu Ranks. 

The Jiu Jitsu Black Belt Federation of the United States of America is the regulating body for the curriculum, testing and other matters pertinent to instruction.
